1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Naturale Additives website (lananas.netlify.app).

2. Products

All products are supplements for animals (horses, dogs and cats). We strive to display product information as accurately as possible. Colours and images may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed via our secure payment partner Stripe. We accept credit card, iDEAL and Bancontact.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method (PostNL Standard, PostNL Evening, or DHL Express).

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of receipt. Products must be returned unopened and in original packaging. Contact us for a return label. Return costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

6. Liability

Our supplements are not intended as a replacement for professional veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian for health issues with your animal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Naturale Additives and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
